Your Peak Performance ProtocolA complete protocol that focuses on optimizing your fitness, mindset, and energy to live a more productive, successful, and energized life. This protocol will be tailored directly to your goals and needs and will be implemented with one-on-one coaching with Jackson.
OnboardingMeet with Jackson to discuss areas of improvement, goals, and the protocol that will be implemented to help you optimize your fitness, mindset, and lifestyle.
Fitness Training PlanAccess an adaptive fitness plan that coincides directly with your goals, schedule, and equipment access. You will work closely with Jackson to optimize this program based on what you want to accomplish.
Mindset TrainingMeet with Jackson regularly to discuss strategies to improve your motivation, productivity, and positive thinking. Similar to the fitness training plan, you will be given exercises and strategies to work on these skills.
Accountability and CoachingEngage in both regularly scheduled and on-demand meetings with Jackson to discuss the progress of your training plan and protocol to ensure success. Additionally, you will have 24/7 access to message Jackson with any questions or updates.
