Manifesto

I think my life’s purpose has finally come into focus. Well, maybe not just today—it’s been building for the last four years. Ever since I decided I was tired of feeling sad, lacking confidence, and hating the person I was. Ever since I started experiencing heart palpitations from stress, anxiety, and poor health habits. Ever since I decided to take my health and wellness into my own hands.

I remember the moment everything changed. I was sitting alone, feeling my heart race, knowing something had to give. I had a choice: continue down a path of self-neglect or take responsibility for my health. I chose the latter. The early months were brutal—every workout felt like a battle. But each one built a little more strength, a little more clarity. Over time, the gym became my refuge. Movement became my way to reclaim control over my life. Today, I’m stronger—physically, mentally, emotionally—than ever before.

In the past four years, I’ve learned and experienced the power of an active lifestyle. I’ve also seen firsthand the devastation of inactivity. And when I take a step back and look at the world around me, it’s clear: we’re under attack. Physical inactivity is wreaking havoc on society, and people are suffering now more than ever. Whether it’s the rise of sedentary behavior fueled by modern conveniences or the onslaught of health problems linked to sugary, processed foods—we have a serious crisis on our hands.

Over 75% of Americans don’t meet physical activity recommendations. That’s 250,000,000 people. And over 129,000,000 of them suffer from chronic illnesses tied directly to inactivity. Our healthcare costs are through the roof because of these two issues that go hand in hand. And our solution? We manage symptoms.

What the hell does that solve?

Heart disease? Let’s throw a pharmacy’s worth of pills at it. Will this solve the underlying issue? No. But it’ll keep people alive, suffering longer in their condition. Diabetes? Same story. Obesity? Here’s Ozempic! Stay on it for the rest of your life, and we’ll call that progress—at the cost of hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, over your lifetime.

So why not just live healthier and start exercising? Because it’s hard. And let’s face it—effort is out of style. We live in the age of instant gratification. Bored? Open your phone and drown your brain in 15-second dopamine hits. Hungry? Tap a button, and your favorite sugary, fatty foods will be delivered in minutes.

The battle I’m fighting is cultural. We’ve become conditioned to avoid discomfort and effort, even though the rewards of exercise are life-changing.

So, how am I going to make a dent in this trajectory? Through exercise. That thing nobody wants to do, even though the rewards are undeniable. I have to create something—a tool or system that helps people start exercising, enjoy exercising, and most importantly, stick with it. I don’t know exactly what this tool will look like yet, but I know it will tap into the psychology and neuroscience of motivation. It will be rooted in science, targeting the precise amounts of physical activity needed to unlock the health benefits we all deserve.

Here’s the reality: helping 1,000,000 people wouldn’t even scratch the surface. With over 250,000,000 Americans not meeting physical activity guidelines, that’s only 0.4% of the problem.

To make a real, noticeable dent, I need to help at least 17,000,000 people start, enjoy, and maintain their fitness journeys.

I know personal training, physical therapy, and content creation won’t be enough on their own. But they’re my stepping stones. These are the avenues through which I’ll learn, teach, and inspire. They’ll form the foundation upon which I’ll build something much bigger. Through these experiences, I’ll refine my understanding of human physiology, psychology, and motivation. This will lead to the creation of a platform that will change the lives of millions of inactive people.

This isn’t about creating some one-size-fits-all program. This is about developing a system that taps into the core of what makes people stick with exercise. A system that understands motivation, habit formation, and behavior change. Whether it’s through gamification, community-driven goals, or adaptive, personalized programs, this tool will be a game-changer.

I know this won’t happen overnight. Shifting the habits of millions is no small task. But I’m committed. I will keep pushing, learning, and evolving until I see the change. This isn’t about quick fixes or short-term wins—it’s about a revolution in how we view health, fitness, and longevity. I won’t stop until we’ve reduced physical inactivity in this country and helped millions more people live healthier, fuller lives.

But I can’t do this alone. This mission isn’t just mine—it’s for everyone. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already advocating for change, I invite you to join me. Let’s turn the tide on inactivity and chronic illness. Start small, but stay consistent. Every step forward is a step toward a healthier, more active future—for you, for me, and for all of us.

I’m ready. Let’s move.
