What type of clients do you take on?
I will take on any client who is ready to make progress toward their fitness goal. I have the knowledge to help you achieve your goal - no matter what it is - and I specialize in helping people begin their fitness journey, and in sports performance as well.
How are you qualified to help people accomplish their fitness goals?
I have earned a Certificate of Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and have maintained the certification for nearly 3 years now. I am also preparing to graduate from Purdue University in May 2023 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I think that my minor in psychology and personal research in topics such as motivation, resilience, and neurocognitive health help me to understand the motivation levels of my clients to provide the best program possible.
