BoardReady PT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the BoardReady PT mobile application (the “App”).

BoardReady PT is an educational study app designed to help users prepare for the NPTE and related physical therapy board-style examinations through practice questions, quizzes, study tools, and optional paid upgrades.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

 

We do not collect, store, or sell personal information through the App.

More specifically, through the App itself, we do not collect:

• your phone number

• your physical address

• your location

• your photos or videos

• your device contacts

• user-generated content

• account credentials

• advertising identifiers

2. In-App Purchases

Your purchase transaction, billing relationship, and related payment information may be handled by the platform through which you downloaded the App and are subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy practices.

At this time, the App is designed so that it does not require access to personal device permissions such as:

We do not use the App to:

Because BoardReady PT is a mobile app and does not currently collect personal data through the App, we do not use cookies or similar technologies for tracking users in the App.

If we later add a website, web portal, or embedded browser features, those services may use cookies or similar technologies, and this Privacy Policy would be updated accordingly.

BoardReady PT is an educational app and is not directed to children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete that information, where applicable.

If you are subject to laws in your jurisdiction that define a different child age threshold, we will comply with applicable law as required.

If you use the App outside the United States, please be aware that any information you voluntarily provide to us outside the App, such as by email, may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.
