What type of clients do you take on?

I will take on any client who is ready to make progress toward their fitness goal. I have the knowledge to help you achieve your goal - no matter what it is - and I specialize in helping people begin their fitness journey, and in peak performance as well.

 

How are you qualified to help people accomplish their fitness goals?

I have earned a Certificate of Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and have maintained the certification for over 3 years now. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Purdue University in May 2023 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I think that my minor in psychology and personal research in topics such as motivation, resilience, and neurocognitive health help me to understand the motivation levels of my clients to provide the best program possible. How does online personal training work?
  1. Apply to be a personal training client by filling out this form.

  2. Jackson will reach out to you to schedule a free consultation. In this consultation you will discuss your goals, fitness and health history, your schedule, your equipment access, and more to find the best possible plan to achieve your fitness goal.

  3. Purchase your fitness plan to gain access to an exclusive invitation to train with Jackson through the TrainHeroic app.

  4. Begin following your personally customized workout program as planned, and attend any live workout sessions via video call with Jackson

  5. Check in regularly with Jackson to discuss the workout program, obstacles, motivation, and more so that the plan can be updated to accommodate your needs.

  6. Enjoy your fitness journey and watch as you make progress toward your fitness goals!

How much does online personal training cost?

Pricing varies depending on the plan. You can learn more about each plan here. When investing in personal training, ask yourself if the plentiful benefits of following a structured plan are worth it.
