Jackson Adamowicz is the founder of Jackson Ryan Fitness, and has been both an online and in-person personal trainer since 2020. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Purdue University in 2023 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in kinesiology with a concentration in clinical exercise physiology. During his time at Purdue University, he also minored in psychology, and was a member of the Physical Activity & Neurocognitive Health Lab. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Jackson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy Student at the Mayo Clinic. His biggest passion is helping people achieve their goals, and falling in love with exercise.
